If you have not received your order within three days of the expected delivery date, contact us for assistance.

Exchanges and Returns

A: Certainly! You can return any item within 30 days of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.
Q: How can I return an item?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days. Make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use. It is important to include a Track & Trace code during the return shipment, as the sender is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 7 days.

Q: Why does my Track & Trace code not show any information?
A: Tracking information becomes available once the package is in the courier's hands. Please note there may be a slight delay in updating the tracking status.
